Video Terms and Conditions

1. Video Content Ownership and Rights

1.1 By uploading any video content to the Platform, you irrevocably and permanently:

• Transfer and assign all worldwide rights, title, and interest in the video content to Placed, including all intellectual property rights
• Waive any and all moral rights you may have in the video content
• Grant Placed an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and sublicense the video content
• Acknowledge that you will have no further ownership rights or control over how the video content is used

1.2 Placed has the unrestricted right to:

• Sell, license, or monetize the video content in any way we choose
• Edit, modify, or alter the video content without restriction
• Use the video content for machine learning, AI training, or data analysis
• Package and distribute the video content as part of any dataset
• Share or transfer rights to the video content to third parties

2. Video Content Requirements

2.1 You represent and warrant that all video content you upload:

• Is original content that you own or have all necessary rights to
• Does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Was recorded with the explicit consent of all individuals appearing in the video
• Does not contain any confidential information or trade secrets
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2 Prohibited Content. You must not upload videos containing:

• Any content involving minors
• Explicit or adult content
• Violence or graphic content
• Hateful or discriminatory content
• Private or confidential information of others
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

3. Consent and Release

3.1 By uploading video content, you confirm that:

• You have obtained written consent from all individuals appearing in the video
• All individuals are aware their likeness may be used for commercial purposes
• All individuals have waived any rights to compensation or royalties
• All individuals understand the video may be used indefinitely

3.2 You agree to maintain copies of all consent forms and provide them to Placed upon request.

4. Quality and Technical Requirements

4.1 All uploaded videos must meet our technical specifications:

• Minimum resolution of 720p (1280x720)
• Maximum file size of 2GB per video
• Supported formats: MP4, MOV, or AVI
• Clear, steady footage without excessive shake or blur
• Good lighting and audio quality where applicable

4.2 Placed reserves the right to reject or remove any video that doesn't meet our quality standards.

5. Monetization and Compensation

5.1 Video content compensation is governed by our points system as detailed in the Terms of Service.

5.2 You acknowledge that:

• Payment is not guaranteed for uploaded videos
• Points are only converted to payment if the associated dataset is sold
• Placed retains full discretion over pricing and sale of datasets
• Points may be adjusted or removed at Placed's discretion
• You have no right to demand payment for any specific use of your videos

6. Indemnification and Liability

6.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Placed harmless from any claims arising from:

• Violation of any third-party rights in your videos
• Failure to obtain proper consent from individuals in your videos
• Any misrepresentation regarding your video content
• Any violation of these Video Terms

6.2 Placed assumes no responsibility for verifying video ownership or consent status.

7. Termination and Removal

7.1 Placed may remove any video content at any time for any reason.

7.2 Upon termination of your account:

• Placed retains all rights to previously uploaded videos
• You cannot reclaim ownership of any uploaded content
• Any pending points or compensation may be forfeited

8. Changes to Video Terms

Placed reserves the right to modify these Video Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Video Terms.
